INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
You are purchasing tickets for an event held at an outdoor venue subject to various weather conditions. During periods of inclement weather some and/or all attractions may be shut down temporarily for your safety. Operations may be suspended for the day if there is an immediate threat of lightning, wind damage, or flooding at the facility. Notifications regarding weather-related closings are posted on our website www.oilranch.com and on our Facebook page. Should the Oil Ranch be forced to cancel, FOR ANY REASON, then a ticket voucher will be issued to the purchaser which may be used towards a future visit during the same season.

NOTICE OF FILMING OR PHOTOGRAPHY:
On occasion we will photograph or take video of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to Oil Ranch grants full permission for the use of these images.

ADDITIONAL RULES & INFORMATION:
• Minors MUST always be accompanied by an adult and actively supervised. Children will not be allowed to participate at an activity station without an adult present.
• This is a real working ranch. Our goal is for everyone to have a great time, but safety is our highest priority. Please tell an Oil Ranch Team Member immediately if you notice anything unsafe, or anything that needs immediate attention.
• Unlimited visits to any activity; however, no saving space or cutting in line.
• Please do not pick up or chase the animals.
• Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Oil Ranch.
• Food/drinks may be brought into the Ranch on the WEEKDAYS (NO GLASS/NO ALCOHOL). Coolers are subject to search. ONLY bottled water is allowed to be brought in on the WEEKENDS.
• Service Dogs allowed. Emotional Support Animals must have documentation. No pets allowed.
• Guests may eat at the YO Pavilion (in any area not reserved).
• Our First Aid Station is located at the General Store. Please notify an Oil Ranch Team Member if you’re in need of medical attention.
• Drinking fountains are located by the lake restroom facility.
• Wagons (located by the front ticket house) may be used for free for 15 minutes to help you transport your items at your seating area, or can be rented for the day for $10.00. Please return wagons to the front after using.
• Any activity may be closed at any time for construction, safety, or other reasons.
• Please be sure to disinfect your hands before and after touching the animals. Sanitizer pumps are located throughout the ranch.
• Caution: We have areas throughout the ranch that may contain several allergens such as hay, milk, eggs, peanuts, wheat, etc. Please use caution if you have a medical condition that could be affected by exposure to these allergens.

WARNING: Play at your own risk. Adult supervision is REQUIRED. Oil Ranch is not responsible for injuries. There are inherent risks in participating in activities, walking/running on uneven terrain, using playground equipment and/or inflatable activities, including but not limited to sprains, fractures or breaks.

TEXAS EQUINE ACTIVITY ACT
WARNING: Under Texas law (Chapter 87, civil practice and remedies code), an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities, resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.
TEXAS FARM ANIMAL ACTIVITY ACT
WARNING: Under Texas law (Chapter 87, civil practice and remedies code), a farm animal professional or farm owner or lessee is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in farm animal activities, resulting from the inherent risks of farm animal activities.

You and your guests must follow all Oil Ranch rules, policies, and instructions. You agree that you and your guests must obey and comply with all posted instructions, guidelines, rules, and policies of the Ranch, as well as verbal instructions/rules from Oil Ranch staff.

Oil Ranch does not give refunds for tickets purchased, but you can opt to add purchase protection through TicketSpice (see option listed below under "Purchase Protection").

Any guest attending and entering our facility agrees to our terms, conditions, and waiver.
